stefan brogas said quite emphatically that ICL would not be interested in the project if the CAPEX cost is not below 1000. I take it as a short hand for the cost of construction and the purchase price of ALLANA.

if we assume that this is the case, the purchase price cannot be over 400M and the construction cost 600M

giving ICL some incentive  the purchase price drops to 300M. That would translate to a bout 85cents per share.

lets say that they would go for 1.5Mt/y the purchase price would get slightly over a buck. And that I would consider a hughe victory for shareholders.

ICL will be the project that is for sure. There is no other alternative in my opinion.
