RE:So what now?
RE:So what now? It's probably going to be range bound around $4 and far less liquidity for a while. Management has to figure out whether to try again with WF10 or not. That's going to take some time to decide based on analyzing all of the info. If they try again that will cost a lot of money and the stock will probably trade at under cash value expecting this. Since the phase 2 trial was such an oddly conflicting result with the placebo doing so well in comparison to WF10, they would probably try to change the methodology of new phase 2 trials so they wouldn't get this kind of mixed result again. However those options typically are more expensive.
If they abandon WF10 at least for a while what will they do with the $50 million in cash? If they do something very smart with the money (like buy a healthcare company or two that are growing and earning good profit) stock should go higher. If management does nothing or "invests" in other high risk novel r&d stage drugs then this stock will probably head lower unless there is a US Nasdaq play involved simultaneously with the novel biotech strategy to take advantage of better valuations given to biotech in the USA.
