Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

This might be the case if they have no business plan. They wouldn't hire the advising firm if they had any intention of just keeping the cash. The stock price will certainly depend on what they are going to do with the money. There are many people who have held this stock for a long time at an average cost of over .20 cents and are praying the company comes up with an excellent business plan. GLTA
