Where is the announcement?
What is this?   No fanfare for the new CEO?
Where is Neptune's PR department, IR department?   What do they do?

Even if there was a previous announcement that Jim will take the CEO seat today, an official announcement should be there.

I hope that they arranged an interview with analysts for the New CEO.

I can't believe this SP reaction on the day of new CEO.
