Location Location LocationThe reason why El Tejon is such an interesting project isn't because of its graphite content (head grade 3-5% cg is mediocre) the project location is what really make it a unique graphite mine. There are no local competition in the vincinity as its the only flake graphite mine in Mexico. DoctorFouad: Let be clear that Big North Graphite do own 100% of the El Tejon mining concession that valid until 2054.
The property right issue is a rumour created by some poster that since dissappear. I remembered calling Jim Powell and he told me there are no dispute that he was aware off. I know for a fact that Blair Way really want the El Tejon project. He flew to Mexico to check it out himself and was really impressed. Blair simply cannot extended the deadline for the 4th time and thats why the acquisitions fell through. Time killed the Big North merger deal.
