Share consolidation: Will it be pain or gain??

Share consolidation: Will it be pain or gain??Hi all:  I am new to Bullboards and as a recent SH in ELW.V, I would like to ask some feedback on the so called or mentioned consolidation that is to be voted on Feb. 19 meeting.  As a trader, mostly a technical trader, over the years I have been there before many times with rollbacks on these little guys on the venture, and I must say, been screwed 95% of the time.  When is a consolidation rarely good for an investor? In my mind- never.
Does anyone wish to comment on the outlook of this arrangement. From a technical stance, the chart is not looking bad right now. But technicals get thrown out and fundamentals take stage in these venture stocks...
Thank you!
