Oil prices are dropping like a rock which unfortunately has absolutely no impact on MTO except that transfer payments from ALBERTA (where people work hard for their childcare and pay for an education) are goin gto be reduced somewhere in the neighbourhood of 18-20%

BUT in their own wonderful hijab hating way the Quebec Gov't is helping out it's industry with another substantial increase in energy costs.

Hydro-Québec is asking the province's energy board for another rate increase — just five months after its last one came into effect — and is attributing the hikes to the Quebec government’s investment in wind power.

The provincial utility is asking that customers pay 3.9 per cent more in 2015-2016. That’s on top of a 4.3 per cent increase which went into effect last April.

One more for everyones favorite it's a handout not a hand up government.
