Same thing today. Only today, our mysterious anonymous seller waited until 3:59:14 to take the price back down. It's called, "painting the tape" and it's illegal. I've included the last few trades below.

I spoke with Cathy today. There's nothing new. They obviously heard from Glenn at the time of the most recent NR, but he is being especially circumspect. She agreed that his slience could indicate ongoing negotiations, but of course, she knows nothing more than we do.. My only concern is that this anonymous/TD/RB seller(s) is in some way involved with an early buyout offer. It's an old trick. Crush the stock before news, hired a bunch of clowns your younger brother knew from reform school and have them go on the Internet and plant seeds of doubt. When you make your offer, shareholders are thrilled with a 100 percent premium ($.05-$.10). Of course it could just be the work of an idiot.
