ANOTHER FRIEND/ NEIGHBOUR APPOINTED BY JAMES TAYLOR?
Moving company accountant to the position of VP of finance does nothing more than place the guy in the executive position without any visible improvement of productivity. He is not going to do anything differently than what he was doing so far. The only possible difference is the new and "improved" compensation package. At the expense of common shareholders, of course. Jim Taylor at his best. For his friends, not the suffering shareholders. He treats this company as his private business, not the publicly traded corporation.
By the way, in the news release, Taylor talks about the growth of the company in the past 10 years. He fails to know that this company has been in business for over 40 years, and the stock is trading at a fraction of its price some 30 years ago.
