re Ms Pettie

re Ms Pettienow we are getting somewhere, but i hoped kherson would respond.

how did Ms pettie get the shares she sold?  and which treasury got a much needed injection of liquidity?

pezimhowe; What I find puzzling is that on the face of it Ms. Pettie netted $5,313 on the transactions.

All I know about the taxation of Employee Stock Options and Rights is that it is complicated.

I suspect that there was probably a Tax Strategy at play… Whatever Ms. Pettie’s reasons were for the transactions they are none of our business.

I fail to see any reason for anybody to get their “knickers in a knot”!
