The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

I am saying that PTA's turn will come as long as the fundamentals are there. Buy fundamentals instead of one day trades. Do not judge a stock by 1-2 days trades. It can jump the day after. The fundamentals move the stocks.

I am saying that PRE and CNE rose a lot AFTER their sellers sold them at C$2.8 and C$2 respectively because they thought that they had better stocks to buy.

I am saying GTE, GPRK, AMER have not risen substantially during the last 2 days although they have dropped a lot from their December 2014 levels.
