Agree. Let's look at it. To me my opinion as a first impression is that a bought deal financing at 52 week low to repay debt is not a display of a lot of confidence in the balance sheet and in fact feels a little desperate. If the company is so so good they could have waiting strengthening the balance sheet at $3 or $4
