Trading multiple?

Trading multiple?
Any analyst out there who's done a valuation of HBK based on the cashflow tables on their website? Looks like in 2016 when they're fully up and running cashflow is forecast at around $40 million/yr gross, about $16 million net. At say 100 million shares out, that comes to 40 cents/share gross or 16 cents/share net cashflow. Does anyone know what sort of multiples of cashflow (gross or net?) companies in this industry should be trading at? 5x? 10x?
