The only remaining issue for SPN to to get a Nasdaq listing is that the stock must trade at minimum of $2.00. I believe they have already met all the other qualifications for listing.
And yes, SPN will defintely be keeping their canadian listing if /when they get a Nasdaq listing. and most likely with an upgrade to TSX.
So nothing would happen with anyones shares in there account, it would be business as usual, except you could now buy or sell your shares on the US side with most likely some nice liquidity.
