The Elk Creek Project is located near Elk Creek, southeast Nebraska, the United States of America. The Company's Project is located approximately 75 kilometers (kms) southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska and 110 kms south of Omaha, Nebraska. The Property consists of 226-acre parcel of land owned along with eight option to purchase agreements (OTP) covering approximately 565 hectares (ha). The Company's Elk Creek Property is a niobium, scandium, and titanium exploration project. The Project includes the Elk Creek carbonatite (the carbonatite) that intruded older precambrian granitic and low to medium grade metamorphic basement rocks.

RE:RE:demand for niobiumActually very few are aware that the new CEO of MDN left the NB board of directors last year. Has all the right contacts as he was the Niobec niobium sales representative for many years. Another advantage that MDN has over NB is the currency exchange rate. It would cost 30% more to OPEX NB because they have to pay in U.S. dollars. Furthermore they are awaiting drill results from Samaqua. Could be a major surprise to the market. Being directly adjacent to Niobec production facility is another big plus. One must perform a true exhaustive DD berfore writting MDN off.
