In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Pressure on PTA will end soon.

There's obviously some big shareholder probably Fund exiting their position in PTA and that's why the stock is stuck here at this level. It is frustrating on the short run, but once this seller finishes selling their shares the SP should have a nice delayed rally !!
No one is making money at 0.14 or 0.15 or even 0.20 !! So once this seller is done selling coupled with rebounding Oil prices and cost savings PTA should get a nice boost !!
Patience is needed I guess .
