In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. I've seen this kind of pressure before on Colombian oil stocks .The stock option issuance was a red flag to a low ball stock offer in the near future . Upper level management will be taken care of but not share holders. I've written to management re this problem but of course received no response. Another question which arises is why management is not buying back stock at these depressed levels? If they are buying, why haven't they alerted us to this fact? I'm a long in this stock & have been for several years so I'd like to see info that makes the stock rise not flutter around .135.
