Is there enough money to get us to PFS completion?

Did he mention when the PFS would be ready?

No, WG does not currently have enough funds to complete PFS.  WG will likely raise funds in 2-3 months, unless share price shoots up and warrants/options get exercised.  I expect 2-4 fundraise by the time PFS is done unless they bring in a strategic partner.

Greg mentioned PFS to be completed by 1st half of 2016.  I would take that with a grain of salt right now consider how the PEA was delayed and they have not finalized their exploration model yet for this year.
