RE:RE:RE:POP TODAYIndeed, the stock is where it is because that's where the manipulators want it to be...
They said it would go to 3 (from 4) and that is exactly where it went. These expert analysts wouldn't want to be wrong, now would they?
It doesn't say much for the OSC, it seems they turn a blind eye to this activity.
