The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Stellar results at BotoThere is one thing that might trigger a very early buyout by IMG:  the results of their 43-101 Resource Estimate for Boto that will be included in the Year End report.  

Should the new estimate make it clear that Boto to market players is a viable minesite, then it is possible that speculators might take notice of MXI as a slam dunk buy out candidate and start to bid it up.  IMG might want to pre-empt a crazy run up in MXI share price with a buy out sooner than later.  For an early buyout in the next 60 days, I would look for .40-.50.  Most shareholders of MXI would probably go for that even though waiting to the end of the year should yield a higher price.
