Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Uh the land the 200 million dollar mining operation sits on is worth the market cap. Unless you consider real estate has no value lol. Even if you don't include the 3 PEA properties with 100 years of proven resources has zero value. Again it has been stated this is a TSX senior company with a built mining operation not a Venture. Even the banks know as they extended the loan agreements.

This is an easy pick as even a takeover here they would be offered at least a 50 percent premium.
