RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stock Value in a merger deal

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stock Value in a merger dealI do see value cocomg, just not in this price environment. And not to mention the fact management has burnt us all. They really have.

I've been watching stocks like this for 16 years now. I've learnt that when the price continues to fall (regardless of which exchange they are on), someone is selling. And that someone knows something we don't. But perhaps we all know what they know? and they aren't hopeful like us...they know reserves numbers were not improved year over year, management has not drilled, cash flow is infact dropping, and management still gets paid with low options/warrants.

I was a HUGE believer int his company exactly one year ago...I too thought we could reach 0.50 cents/share. Now? we are in trouble for a long, long time....all of 2015 no doubt. And why would anyone want PTA's land? they havent proven reserves....I would not buy it. But yes, I see value, but not for a long time.

At this price environment with management squandering almost 2 years, and a share consolidation on the horizon, we are in trouble, for a full year Im almost positive.
