RE:RE:Independant Audit of BGM tailings dam not good.
RE:RE:Independant Audit of BGM tailings dam not good.Hmmmm. Of further interest, the BGG letter to Ms. Janis Cardiff is addressed to Barkerville Gold Mines, 15th Floor, 675 West Hastings Street. This is also the address of Blind Creek (BCK), which recently rolled back its shares, 1:10, and has James Callaghan and Andrew Rees as two of its three directors.

Czechlate...that makes for very, very interesting reading, especially ALL of the report comments (you only copied some of BGC's findings).
IMO, BGM's limitations disclosure might give cause for the Ministry to request further on-site inspection (s).
On an interesting note, the recipient of BGC's letter, Ms. Janis Cardiff, was a director, along with Minaz Dhanini and Andrew Rees, of Wellstar Energy Corp (WSE), between 2009-04-21 and 2014-06-18.
Wellstar uses the same address, 610-1100 Melville Street, as Lions Gate (LG), Golden Cariboo (GCC), Standard Drilling & Engineering and Barkerville (BGM).
1.3. Limitations
Our report addresses whether the 2014 DSI report was in conformance or deficient to the guidelines presented in BCMEM 2013. This audit report does not address the safety of the structures, as this was beyond the scope and intent of our work. As this audit work was a desktop study, no site visit was conducted by BGC. Further from this, BGC relied on the site observations and thorough review of data on site by other third parties for completeness, without any independent verification directly by BGC. These limitations are important and should be acknowledged. As such, BGC’s review herein does not relieve the professional engineer conducting the DSI or engineer of record (EOR) work and/or the owner of their relevant responsibilities.
