Of course, when there's a loan of about $17 million, with no immediate sign of any possible repayment, two or three million of shareholder money to buy out the money owed to Frank's companies; golden handshakes for Frank, Andrew and Minaz; buying out four and a half years of a lease at $10,000 per month, and pay-in-lieu-of severance packages for the IR crew, etc. isn't really all that much.

Should that be what is happening, then I will say that I like the businesslike style of what's happening. Returning some governance to what is a publicly traded company.

Not only with him being a major contractor to BGM but also the interlinked companies and directors etc. Kind of like a big hillbilly incestuous clan.
