Chester F. Morrison, Jr. is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Morrison Energy Group, LLC, which is the holding company for a group of diversified oilfield service companies engaged primarily in providing construction, fabrication, pipelay, diving and well services to oil and gas production companies and pipeline companies operating in the U.S. Gulf Coast area and the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Morrison has over thirty years of experience organizing, managing and building successful companies involved in the oil and gas industry including Rooster Energy L.L.C. and subsidiaries which he founded in late 2005. Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Robert P. Murphy

Robert P. Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Rooster Energy Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Murphy has over 25 years of experience in exploration and development operations in the Gulf of Mexico, both shallow and deep water. Prior to joining Rooster Petroleum and Rooster Oil & Gas, Mr. Murphy served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Helix Oil & Gas Inc. (NYSE: HLX) from July 2006 to March 2010. In 1998, Mr. Murphy joined Remington Oil & Gas and became Director, President and Chief Operating Officer. Remington Oil & Gas was sold in 2006 for $1.4 billion to Helix Oil & Gas Inc. From August 1990 to January 1998, Mr. Murphy served as Vice President – Exploration and Director of Cairn Energy USA Inc. Cairn Energy USA’s share price rose from $0.99 in 1993 to $13.50 when it was sold to Texas Meridian Resources Inc. in 1997. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Geosciences from The University of Texas at Dallas.
Paul A. Crilly

Paul A. Crilly, C.A., is a Director with K2 & Associates Investment Management Inc. From February 2006 to April 2010 he was President and CEO of Norex Exploration Services Inc., a TSX – listed seismic acquisition company operating throughout Canada and the United States. Mr. Crilly previously held senior management positions with oil and gas services companies in the pressure pumping, directional drilling and oilfield equipment industries. Mr. Crilly is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Saskatchewan. He is currently a director of Tesla Exploration Ltd., a TSX – listed company with significant international operations and a director of Mart Resources Inc., a TSXV – listed oil and gas producer in West Africa.
Steven A. Weyel

Steven A. Weyel is currently Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Equigen LLC, focused on equity investments in emerging market energy infrastructure. Previously Mr. Weyel was a Founder and served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (Nasdaq: EXXI) from its inception in October 2005 until August 2010. Energy XXI was initially issued on the Alternative Investment market of the London Stock Exchange (“AIM”) in October 2005. Prior to this time, Mr. Weyel co-founded and served as a Principal, President and Chief Operating Officer of EnerVen LLC, a developer and supporter of strategic ventures in the emerging energy industry. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Weyel was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of InterGen North America, a Shell-Bechtel joint venture that developed and operated over 5,000 megawatts of large-scale independent power projects and managed over 15,000 miles of gas pipelines, gas storage and associated energy commodity transactions in the merchant gas and power business. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Weyel served in various executive leadership positions at Dynegy Inc. including Executive Vice President – Integrated Energy and Senior Vice President – Power Development and was responsible for the majority of Dynegy’s $5 billion of strategic growth in the evolving U.S. power business. Mr. Weyel formerly served as a director of Bahamas Petroleum Company PLC. (AIM:BPC). Mr. Weyel received a Masters in Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1976.
Richard Buski

Richard Buski, C.A., was previously a managing partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2001 to 2004. Since retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004, Mr. Buski has acted as a consultant and expert witness on accounting and auditing issues. From 2006 to 2013, Mr. Buski acted as a director and as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, a TSX listed company. Mr. Buski previously acted as director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for East Energy Corporation, a TSXV listed company from June 2007 to September 2009.
