RE:RE:DundeeWhile O'Keefe used "feasibility", I am not 100% sure if he really meant feasibility or prefease.
I think one reason Greg may be pushing for prefease is it's quicker and cheaper and get it to a stage where a major will come in and buy WG. Prefease will derisk it enough for major to come in. My sense is Greg sees WG being sold within 2 years.

Matthew O'Keefe, Dundee Capital Markets(2/3/15)
"Updated preliminary economic assessment results for the Wellgreen Platinum Ltd. deposit were positive (base case internal rate of return 24.6%). The new phased approach begins with lower initial capital expenditure of CA$586M and targets higher grades in early years, which should increase cash flow and make the project more manageable in the current market. Expansions in years three and six should be funded with internal cash flow and would make the company the second largest platinum producer outside South Africa and Russia. Wellgreen is funded to advance toward feasibility with about CA$10M cash. . .Wellgreen continues to be attractively valued."[/quote]
