Am I missing something?I don't know if my math is correct, if China represents 75% of world's graphite production, and the world uses and produces on average 1.1million tons annually, then China accounts for 825,000 tons. All other world graphite producers would account for 275,000 tons = 1.1m tons combined. So if Energizer's Green Giant Molo property added 53,000 tons anually to the world total would that not represent 4.5%-5% of the entire world production annually ? Take China out of the equation - 825,000 tons Energizer's Green Giant Molo property would represent close to 20% of all graphite production world wide outside of China? I have looked all over, and have found no mention of Energizer Resources having current debt of $80 M. There is a very substantial amount needed to move to full production, but cost has been estimated to be fully recovered after 4 1/2 years of production. What am I missing? What about the fact that This National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate ranks the Green Giant vanadium deposit as the 3rd largest known deposit in the world. For now, the world produces and uses about 1.1 million tonnes of graphite annually. About 60% of that graphite is microcrystalline or amorphous, the least valuable and most abundant form of graphite. The rest is flake graphite, which has a higher carbon content – 80 to 98%, compared to 70 to 80% in amorphous. It also occurs in flakes, as the name implies, and carries less ash and sulphur contamination. (Energizer Resources) The FS considers a mine that will produce an average of 856,701 tonnes per annum of ore, which is processed to produce an average of approximately 53,017 tonnes of graphite concentrate per annum (production commencing in 2017) over the 26 year life of mine ("LOM"). The FS assumes that the mine is funded on a 50% debt and 50% equity basis. 'Steady State' (or "Run Rate") costs are achieved in the third operational year onwards; the difference lies in additional expatriates on site in the first two years. • Major graphite producers include China, India, Brazil, North Korea, Canada, Mexico, and Sri Lanka • China supplies ~75% of graphite production but China’s supply is expected to decline due to: - Export licenses, value-added taxes, and export taxes are imposed - Increasing domestic demand - Low cost deposits being depleted - Tightening environmental regulations China Story • China has the world’s largest graphite reserves (55,000 tonnes) and accounts for ~75% of the world’s known reserves (USGS, 2012) • Majority of the suppliers are small-scale, low cost, mines
