RE:RE:RE:Some numbers...How come if the target operating cost per pound at the end of 2015 is 3.21, and the exit price per pound in 2016 is 2.60, the average price for 2016 goes up to 3.4?  Why the increase?  Does it include the 18 million in CAPEX?
