In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. How ironic , I read that article the day it came out and didn't pay much attention to who was the author !! You see I own MHR shares ( common ) and get alerts from SA on it.
Well that's very interesting !! I just started following you on SA now, I'm your number 122 follower :)
Anyhow, that would be amazing if you can write an article on PTA !!
PTA needs more publicity and coverage. There are small cap E&P's in the US with horrible balance sheets, higher production costs, higher differentials or lower selling costs, half the production of PTA and double the EV value !!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous !!!!
