RE:RE:RE:RE:Clarification needed
The technology is proven, it is a simple solution mining operation. The pilot plant is meant to help optimize the operating parameters and the financing is not and has never been contingent on it. "A further recommendation of a Pilot Testing Facility at an additional cost of $2 - 3 million is made in order to obtain detailed operational experience for the future brine field and provide the proper controls of production brine composition." It is about fine tuning the operation, and can be done well after financing and major construction has begun. I am not sure why you have chosen to focus on this so intensely and are making it into a key issue. The project is shovel ready, the technology has been proven long ago, it is all about the financing now and what the terms will be and who will benefit the most from those terms. The battle here is over a VIABLE, and SHOVEL READY, project. Solution mining an insanely continuous, huge, and consistent ore body is not complex or a new technology. The fight right now is who will benefit the most when it does go into production. Make no mistake there is plenty of money to be made here, the fight is about how much will be made and by who. Just my opinion, good luck to all.
