RE:RE:Proposed Merger AlternativesThe idea is excellent, but - there is always a but - the deal could or might be turned down. 
I'm in Flinders and there was a LOI last month about taking over Big North. Some of my collegues ( FDR ) investors bought Big North for swift and fast money .... but the deal never came and the SP of Big North went "South", and  very fast.
Hope it doesn't happen here ......
