RE:Consumers no matter the productAgain you are speaking of medicine as a normal everyday product. 
Sick people do care. For some of them, money is an issue, you are correct. 

There are mold and bacteria in street weed, in proper medicine weed there are not. People who are sick, example cancer-patients, have really low immune system.
