speculative fiction

speculative fictionI do tend to think- citigroup's report is a little too extremist at this time, speculative fiction as-well. specially from an US financial group that likes to help countries in crisis with their big projects, pension plans, health care systems, credit lines and etc etc... and, specially from a country that is fighting extremism as a form of combating terrorism.
I think I just read a few weeks back about Russia cutting production by 10%--- and the Brazil example? of course Brazil is producing more and more as they find it--- exactly the same as USA, producing 30% more using an environmentally unfriendly technique that is destroying the whole planet...
why don't they mention the production cuts in Canada, in Angola and other countries... and, that, other countries already announced cutting their production once the price gets to a certain limit... this is what I call cheap speculation...

I bet citigroup is investing high into the auto industry right now...
