RE:Is this stock a good "core holding" ...?I agree CHP is a great holding for a retirement portfolio. I'm not sure its possible to find a safer investment yielding 6% and the potential to grow the distribution over time. Don't be surpised if CHP raises its payout this year. With the property additions and the contracted rent increases the current payout is well below the companies target 90% of AFFO.
