Heh, heh. On the plus side (trust canny Callaghan to cover himself), the prepaids show that:

e) Rent/Prepaid...Prepayment of $103,076 was made on behalf of Pub Co Management Ltd.

No matter what, it looks like the rent is prepaid until September 30, 2015.
