I've noticed...................That most of the junior lithium companies that have done relatively better than LAC , have other secondary operations that provide some income while the development of the lithium sector is advanced.
For instance , BCN has a borate project , ORL has a borax project , WLC has a Hectatone drill mud project , GVR has gold and Potash properties , and even poor old RB energy , who are almost broke and in protection mode , have an Iodine project that keeps them barely afloat , and brings in much needed revenue.
I think once LACs Potash project in Jujuy city is up and running commercially , it will contribute greatly to the value of this company , potash is easy to refine and easy to sell , and could provide capital while the demand for lithium increases and POSCO finds buyers for their lithium and lithium products.
It's just a matter of time now.
Check it out :
The POSCO extraction process is also capable of producing potash. The potash demonstration plant, located in Jujuy city, is in the final stage of construction and is expected to be in operation in the next few weeks. Both the lithium and potash plants will operate for several weeks, following which LAC expects to commence commercial stage negotiations with POSCO in the spring of 2015.
