The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Boy, theres something to be said about when Perkillilgas showed up isnt there? Im telling you guys it was a clear SIGN to sell. I've seen it on so many penny stocks over the years. These seemingly well-informed posters arrive telling of how good the company looks moving forward. It seems imaginable, but they do this to get reail money buying the shares. This is no take-over. This is company in trouble, 60M cash is nothing (minus debt). We've been subject to a major player, or players selling due to something they knew. Im telling you guys, ill be here in 2 months from now still complaining, and Perds will be long gone. I assure you. Save this message.
