RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Canadian Insider - Mr. TapakoudesDear Mercurysmith,
Thank you so much, once again, for this defensible last synthesis. From the reading of it, however, there seems to me that 3 ways out are there for Q and each would have an impact on the retail shareholders' shares value. I wish you could help me figure the possible impacts of each option (s/p going up or down; maximum (+ or -) value of shares to be reasonably expected for each of the said scenarios should it come true; position suggested to retail holders (hold or sell) in each case).
Hyp #1: QSolar does not find necessary financial support (through substantial sales or loans) to maintain and consolidate its presence on the markets and has to file for bankrupcy ;
Hyp #2: QSolar is made a full buying offer (agressive or not) by a credible tier company that already operates successfully on the markets
Hyp #3: QSolar keep the sole property of intellectual rights on their technologies but sell their manufacturing and marketing rights to third parties against royalties
Any other opinions than Mercurysmith's will also greatly be welcomed.
