Actually, the thoughts of long term shareholders does matter and many of us do not like the dilution that Dev and Ross have potentially caused and the risky cash situation and potential financing at an inopportune time. Don't get me wrong, I like the PLS deposit, in particular Triple R. I do not like the recent moves of current management. I am a long term shareholder that has been in on this deposit for many years Triple R is an incredible find, but Dev using FCU money to essentially buy back into a co. that we spun off to get a pure play. Incidentally, a $3 mill stake in a +-$30 mill co, even merged is not much of a takeover defense in a potentially $1.2 bill deal (if we take the $3 hypothetical takeout price, not that I necessarily think we will get that much) is less than .025%. Not much of a takeover defense. Even taking FUU's full value of $30 mill+-, still less than 2.5% again nothing in the takeover defense category.
