Repsol Files Application With NEB To Export LNG From Canaport In New Brunswick
Saint John LNG Development Company Ltd.'s has filed an application with the National Energy Board authorizing the export of liquefied natural gas and a licence authorizing the import of natural gas, each for a term of 25 years.
The applicant is wholly owned by Repsol St. John LNG S.L. (Repsol SANG) which is, in turn, indirectly owned by Repsol, S.A. of Spain. Through other affiliates, Repsol, S.A. is the indirect majority owner of the existing LNG regasification terminal.
