Regardless of how retail base feels, this will be done if all the major share holders go along with it provided both parties doing the DD come out and recommend the price give or take a couple of cents difference..  Most institutional investors' cost base is higher then .08 for sure and we don't have any ideas what is cooking behind the scene..

So if no one else steps up with a new offer, I suspect it will go through..  If we live long enough, we may eventually get where WOF high was 3/4 years or so ago..
