It was mentioned yesterday on STOCKWATCH that JRI is settling certain debts by issuing treasury stock. If they can't pay off with cash, they certainly can't be in any financial position to fund its drilling commitments for the JV. Hopefully they can do an IPO but in this market-----good luck.
