what's the ratio of smart people investing into vs people that got out of it? would you say the 10% are the "smart money" being still on the stock or bought into it vs 90% "dumb money" - being the one that got out of it?

also I didnt say specifically LRE will get US money - I just said that they may go to LRE but probably at the bottom of that list. 

you can't connect the dots - think a bit but don't hurt yourself, be bold. I realize most of you only look at the oil price and that equals a pop in LRE or any other oil co and that's why retail are bagholders.
