Both of the properties we gave up were "sit and wait" properties.  PQ North was the down dip extension of the ore body G is mining at Musselwhite.  It was clearly going to be an extension of G's Musselwhite mine eventually, but it would be a decade before mining got to the boundary.  The 35% of West Bay gave us no say, and nothing to do but answe cash calls when G decided to do something.  The property we traded for is 100% under our control.  We get to decide the pace and nature of the development.

 

With Hardrock now in the hands of a partnership, the boys were probably looking for something to do.  This new property looks like it might have promise, and given how successful they've been at Hardrock and Cove, I'm happy to see them turned loose on another property.
