RE:RE:RE:RE:Not good...
Probably if Stans wins litigation against Kyrgyz the facility is gone and they won’t sell it even for $1 but equipment (assuming is being protected and it is last time I checked a year ago) it is worth at least $2-5 million. I have a broad range because there are too many variables. But they could use this equipment in the future say on their Russian site that they might acquire. I will have questions though if they initiate business in Russia and most likely I would sell because of too much political risks and corruption (not on scale of Kyrgyz Republic but still). My point is if they ship (successfully) equipment to Canada then I would give a higher value than if they ship it to Russia. Or they could sell it to China but then there is risk that intellectual property could be high jacked by Chinese and I think Russians won’t allow it. so most likely they will acquire a heavies property in Russia and will acquire the facility or built one and move equipment there. Or as you said they could sell it to whoever puts hands on the mine after Stans but that would be problematic. After winning the litigation Kyrgyz would try to nationalize the plant and equipment to compensate for the big loss. So I hope Stans moves at least equipment (or key components) out of Kyrgyzstan sooner rather than later. It will be safer to offer it to acquirer of the mine when it is out of Kyrgyz hands. However, at this time we don’t have enough information to make a judgment what happens to the facility and equipment one way or the other. And I would assign it a zero value as it still sits in Kyrgyz Republic. But once again this is a distant planning and we will evaluate at a later time when there is a plan by Stans that we will be shares with us. Right now the main focus is litigation and that alone puts the value of stans at 60-70 cent a share. Cheers.
