They'll scrap an extra micrometre of that diamond if possible.

India is where a significant number of other diamonds go. I assume it is cheaper labour, but not as precise as Antwerp. At least that is what the media is telling us :)

Theoretically, you can go buy some $100 to $200 grey rough diamonds from ebay and learn to cut the diamonds yourself. It would be an interesting hobby, but don't think there is much money in it.

Not sure if that answers your question. I'm assuming they can etch the polar bear or whatever cdn emblem onto the diamond in antwerp.
