respectfully disagree back. Kyrgyz is proposing a joint venture with centerra that won't be traded on any western exchange. so if the take possession how would Stans collect compensation? There will be no centerra shares to seize. i mean when you fooled me once shame on you but when you fooled me twice shame on me. cheers.
