The Company is focused on contributing to the prevention of climate change by supplying safe and long-lasting lithium-ion batteries. The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

Varadero: In June of 2014, you called me an idiot for selling at $1.40 and you bragged that you were richer than before.
In September (at $0.98/share) you bragged again how you were richer than a few days earlier.
You repeated your bragging on November 10, at a share price of $0.88
Today, you are telling us all how you are richer again, at a share price of $0.72.
What will you tell us when the share price hits $0.50?
