Yeah, after I posted I found Bloomberg had a 3/6 date so I'll go with yours. Either way, a couple of weeks left before we get some clarity. Would be nice if the go forward plan is available at that time as if there is a material transaction post-meeting, we have the costs associated with a special meeting to chew down the cash balance.
