CHANGES IN BOARD PETRORIO

Rio de Janeiro, February 12, 2015 - The PetroRio1, new brand of HRT Participações em Petróleo SA (the "Company" or "PetroRio"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, in the Board of Directors' Meeting held on this date , its members reported the resignation of Mr. Milton Romeu Franke to the position of CEO of the Company, through Mr. José Carlos de Araújo Pedrosa to accumulate the positions of CEO and Commercial Director and Business Development.

The Company's Board is now composed of the following members: José Carlos Pedrosa, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sales and Business Development, Guilherme Marques, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer, and Richard Wagner, General Counsel.
